This is an YpbPr(Component) to CVBS scan converter. It is designed to convert a variety of analog component images, from 480i up to 1080p and converts them to NTSC or PAL standards video signal. It is ideal of using in applications like video conference, home theater, business presentation, lecturing room or viewing HD image on TV.
