Payment Terms
A, L/C at sight;
B, T/T: 30% deposit by T/T before production, 70% balance by T/T before loading.
Raw material guarantee
1. Solid wood for inner wooden framework: Smooth, straight and without bark.
2. Leather: All top_cow leather are imported from Italy
3. Foam: High-resilience foam with high density, giving a comfortable feel.
4. Raw materials: Absolutely no recycled materials.
Internal timber
Water rate: Below 13%
High quality solid wood for inner frame: 3cm by 5cm hardwood beam after kiln drying process and moth proofing.
High quality plywood: Thickness from 5mm, 9mm, 12mm, 15mm and 18mm.
Webbing
Good elasticity and durable webbing is used on the backrest and seating area for comfortable feel.
Foam
High-resilience and high density. The arrangement of the foam structure is based on the style and feature of each style as well as the requirement of the customers.
Fabric: Natural 100% cotton cloth are made for environmental protection as well as unshrinckable, healthy
B) Wood frame: Solid dired wood frame treated for anti-worm and moisture contain are controlled by between 12-15%
C) Foam: Dessity 48 works with seating custion, Density 35 are availalble with back custion.
