1.Introduction:

It is the special test device for assembly performance, and has build-in high voltage start-up device, provide stable and adjustable voltage between 0~2000 bar. It tests the quality of the start and pulverization. It is the ideal device to repair Common Rail Injector.

2.Main functions and characters:

1. Bringing power by itself, frequency conversion velocity modulation, adjust oil supply voltage between 0~2000bar.

2. May check the BOSCH injector, DENSO injector and Delphi injector

3. Tests both Common Rail Injector and general Mechanical injection large flux double spring injector.

4. Test the start voltage and pulverization quality of the injection.

5. Check the distribution of the oil and the return of the oil of the each injector in unit time.

6. Examine the sealing property of the injector.

7. May establish the driving signal including the peak voltage, the pulse width, the frequency, and the spraying time.

8. May realize spray hole single spraying and spray continuously.
