TEC200 Evolution HD |
TEC 200 EVOLUTION HD Updated version of the well known Common Rail RABOTTI TEC 200 simulator, specially developed for testing large-dimension injection pumps installed on heavy vehicles (such as the Bosch CP2 and CP2.2 pumps). The high-pressure hydraulic installation is guaranteed up to 1800 bar and a new flow meter allows greater accuracy while measuring the injector capacity. The hydraulic installation is protected against possible overheating by a thermostat. A most?test bench fitted with a drive motor of at least 11 KW is to be used. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:
industrial computer equipped with Windows operating system; software for the execution of quick tests on pumps and injectors. Database contains data regarding the injectors and tests on pumps currently in the market with possibility of periodical updating; automatic executable tests: pumps: starting, tightness, efficiency injectors: rack flow capacity pre-injection capacity starting capacity medium heavy duty capacity DRV pressure regulator of the pump continuity (check on the electric circuit) functionality (operational check) second-generation Rail and DRV (guaranteed up to 1800 bar); large-dimension tank capable of housing CP2/HP0 pumps; additional heat exchanger and protection thermostat; injector flow meter featuring greater accuracy; vacuum meter for the verification of the suction of the transfer pump; pressure gauge for measuring the pressure inside the pump; |
