2 shafts center type slitting and rewinding machine, Suitable for slitting/rewinding various Papers, Soft films, label stocks.
Specification:
Machine width: 1.3m,1.6m Unwind diameter: 1,000mm (optional)
Max. rewind diameter: 600mm Slitting width: 50mm up
Feature:
1. Equipped with separated shaft type unwind base, auto web guide and auto unwind tension controller.
2. Driven by connective 3 A.C motors, 1 for web feeding, 2 for rewind tension control which automatically increasing to que on the rewind shafts when the finished roll O.D is getting bigger.
3. Equipped differential shafts to make tension on each roll the same even when the web thickness is not the same.
4. Finished rolls are unloaded by connected swing out type unloading stand, which is convenient on core unload.
5. Equipped with shear cutter, which is suitable for slitting various materials and trim unit is as strong blower.
6. Unwind Pick-Up Lift : For loading jumbo roll on the machine quickly and time saving.
Optional Part:
1. Shaftless Unwind Base : Separated type with hydraulic core chuck can be equipped for efficient and quick performance on jumbo roll change.
2. Connected Splice Table : Splicing materials smoothly in order to decrease production loss.
