It has consisted of forever and non-forever series, while the forever one can reach above 106 ~108 degree on anti-static.Another one isn’t washable ,But our company only produce forever series.
1.Products description
As we all know the clothes,shoes ,hat ,fabric can build up static,,but some special place cann’t build static,such as : Anti-static workshop and Clean Room.So our company have research anti-static yarn meet these requirements.
2.Principle:
conductive yarn is made by inserting anti-static fiber in sewing thread. Its resistivity is above 106. ohmic resistance is less then 20 ohm,So that is why it can be functioningofanti-static .
3.Spec.
We have 20# 420D/3,30# 300D/3,40# 210D/3,60# 150D/3,etc.Normally, specification 60# is used in anti-static uniforms.

1).carton fiber+fliament polyester thread
2).carton fiber+nylon thread
3).spun stainless steel staple +100%cotton yarn
4).filament stainless steel stape +filament polyester thread
5).Copper fiber +nylon yarn
6). silvered fiber+polyster yarn
7). Ne 30/1 80% combed cotton 20% stainless steel staple fiber
5.Color
Both anti-static thread and conductive thread are made by two different fibers. Though, this type of thread can be dyed, its dye effect is not as good as those made by the same fiber.(as follow is filament counductive thread dyed colors)
