Specifications: Machine suitable for flanging, punching and stiffening closed flanging on ferrules. The machine can do all the a. M. Operations with an only positioning of the piece. Flanging and closed flanging operations are done through motorized rolls with hydrostatic system and proportional valve, while the motorization of the punching operation is driven by a d. C. Motor, reducer with reduced clearance and encoder; this all is controlled by an easy positioning device. The punching unit has hydraulic control with a max power of 200 Kn. And is suitable to receive punches with max. Diam. Of 20 mm. The punch is provided with extractor with bucket spring.
