    1)High tenacity polyester thread: It is made from imported of more than 8g/d high tenacity filament polyester  by twisting, dyeding, shaping.

           1.1 Feature:  Offer high breaking strength, good abrasion resistance, excellent frictional characteristics, suitable for high speed sewing.

          1.2. Spec.:70D,75D,100D,120D,150D,210D,420D,630D,840D,1000D.

          1. 3Application:shoes,sofa ,hand bag,and all kinds of products.

2) braided Wax thread: is woven by 8ply or 16ply high tenacity polyester thread or nylon thread, and through wax process. 

2.1 Feature:  It is thick,and huge strenght .

2.2 Appliction :It usually for hand sewing ,sofa outsole products ect.

  3) Waxed thread:  generally used to sew the outsole.

4) Poly wraped poly core spun thread

 Polyster wrapped polyster Core spun threads, is made by spun polyester thread wrapping a staple polyester  continuous filament . The continuous filament polyester core makes up approximately 65% of the thread construction.

This core contributes to:

• Higher strength per size (higher tenacity)
• Greater uniformity in size, strength and other physical characteristics•
• A higher initial modulus or resistance to stretching contributing to better loop formation and reduced seam puckering.
• Better ply security – fewer unravel type thread breaks
• Superior abrasion resistance & durability
