Product Description


The GPM300 is based on the low power SirF Star 4 chip set with miniature size of 15x13mm. It possess 48 track verification channels that reaches extremely high TTFFs and, the Active Jammer Remover remove in-band jammers up to 80dB-Hz. Tracks up to 8 continued wave jamming sources. Hence greatly improve the stability and accuracy of GPS tracking. High sensitivity navigation engine (PVT) tracks as low as -163dBm.  
The host Interfaces include is the UART port, which used for GPS data and receiver control. The transmit and receive side of UART port contains a 16-byte deep FIFO with selectable bit rates ranging from 1.2 to 115.2 K baud. The default is 115.2K bauds.
One shot pulse to On-Off control pin can set the module to Hibernate mode or toggle it back to normal operations. In Hibernate mode, the core and RF part of the module are shut down while the RTC and the memory that maintain the almanac data remain operation. This can bring the power consumption down to 20uA.
