specifications:
electrophoresis painting could be generally divided into two categories: passing through for continuously production and fix for intermittent production.
For the continuously production electrophoresis equipment, the hanging conveying machine and other machines (for pre-treatment and drying) composed the continuous production line, this kind of equipment is applicable for mass production.
For the intermittent production electrophoresis equipment, the parts through the single tracked electric calabash and other conveying machines as well as other machines (for pre-treatment and dying) to form the intermittent production line. This kind of equipment is applicable for medium scaled painting production.
The pressure of electrophoresis, timing, temperature, the ratio between the square of the positive pole and negative pole, element of the solid dope and the PH value of the liquid dope will all influence the painting quality. In reality, all the above index will decided by the clients' engineering specifications.
Negative pole electrophoresis painting metal is not easy to be oxygenated. Compared with the positive pole electrophoresis painting metal, it's more popular. It's not easily polluted by using the filtering system. The liquid used in the trough is easy to maintain and the painting is effective for anti-decayed.
