Advantages
1. The S3 ac servo drive can meet the demand of step-less speed-changing of the main driving system used in numerical controlling machine tool.
2. Small size, require less space in the control cabinet
3. The method of vector control is better than that of V/F control, especially under slow speed torque. At 5 Hz frequency, the start torque can reach the ratio of 150%
4. The carrier wave frequency range: 0 ~ 16K Hz, work mutely
5. Provide standard analog quantity interface of 0 ~10 V (input impedance:47K Ω, output impedance:250KΩ). Compatible with most system interface of numerical controlling machine tool.
6. With strong capability of over load, the inverter can work more than one minute under the rated output current of 150%.
7. Provide multifunctional output terminal signals, such as zero speed signal, running signal, full speed signal, failure indication, etc.
8. Automatic torque compensation, make the spindle of the machine tool work normally at low-speed
9. Provide three groups of record for the maintainer to grasp the running situation of the machine tool. The parameter of the motor can regulate automatically to assure the precise and stability of the system.
