Technical feature
Combining the functions of cutting, loading, walking, running the machine is comprehensive tunnel equipment mainly used in cutting underground coal with any form cross section or cutting semi-perto graphic tunnel, themachine also can procide hydiaulic power for allocated loading conveyor, loaded deduster or hydraulic anthor bolt.
The EBZ 90 boom semi-petrographic tunneling machine adopt both mechanic and hydraulic drive methods operated simply, run smoothly, cut efficiently.
It is equipped with loaded spray pump pressure increasing system, providing 5 Mpa wanter pressure, effectively controlling dust and spark in the process of cutting, improving safety of work environment. It is a new type replace productions of coal and semi-petrography runneling.
The type of stage loader is DZQ65/30A, guarantee the continuity for stage loading hanlage sys, reducing times of telescopical circulation of adjustable-belt conveyor. It shorten the auxiliary time, increasing speed to reach purpose of incrersing work efficiency.

Adopting smaller diameter of cutting head, producing big force by single cutter. Pit cutters has reasonably distributions has sttong force to cut through rock and dislocation. It has smaller vibrating and good work stability when cutting.
Having the fumctions of inner and outer water sprauirng , effectively controlling the dust.
Linkage methods are adopted in load mechanic. It is drove by lower speed and big torque motor, which has stong power and mantenanced easily.
Adopting depression angle plate, benefiting loading and downward cutting.
Adopting double chain conveyor, benefiting transfer of lump coal, drive smoothly.
Lunnel machine has two class of speed, increasing work efficiency.
