Technical feature

This type of shearer is a new Electra Shearer, which is designed to suit the working faces with high productivity and efficiency in thinner coal layers. The body of the shearer is made of three parts: left traction, right traction and intermediate block. The main components of the valve sets and water circuit system are all centrally installed on the integrated blocks to guarantee less connecting points and simple maintenance. The height adjustment oil cylinder are designed to have almost horizontal arrangement, good pulling or pushing stress conditions and secured durability. The main electric components such as transvertors, controllers and bearing of driving systems are all imported from abroad. The viton rubber seals are used in the drives for longer service life of the machines.
