Autoclaved Lime-Sand Brick Production Line

Autoclaved lime-sand bricks take sand, lime or cement as the main raw material, adding moderate gypsum and aggregate the mixture preparation, pressure molding, high pressure maintenance.
The main machine is automatic hydraulic brick-making machine which produced by our company in the autoclaved lime-sand brick production line. And all our brick-machines have passed ISO9001-2000 Quality System Certification.

Working principle
At the hot and humid temperature, A series of hydration products, such as hydration calcium silicate, calcium aluminates hydration, hydration aluminum calcium silicate and hydration sulfur aluminum acid calcium. Constituent materials react with each other, these products all solids cemented together, forming strong overall structure, and make the products have strength of artificial stone

The stage of autoclaved lime-sand brick production line
1)Lime, gypsum grinding system
Need jaw crusher, ball mill, in order to reduce covers an area of each one, adopt crushing and mixing mill at the same time. After the jaw crusher, the size should be less than 30mm, materials will be sent to the ball mill by belt conveyor for fine grinding. Then send them into the store bin.
2)Materials
Main ingredients are lime, sand (slag) and cement. Lime can be added amount more than 65% highest, that will be digestion more industrial waste and reduce the product cost.

3)Adobes molding
Wheel grinding machine crushes the mixture and then sent to automatic hydraulic brick machine
4)Static stop maintenance
In order to make bricks reach to a certain strength before autoclaved maintenance, prevent to crack due to temperature change.
