DYS series automatic hydraulic brick-making machine is a new-generation of double-way pressing automatic hydraulic brick-making machine which is developed on imported equipment.

Technical characteristics

1, It is famous of high-speed operation, low abrasion on the sealing of main cylinder, uneasy to damage or break and low failure rate.

2, the hydraulic system is designed with double-way loop, which adopts professional combined valves to realize the working cycle of filling, air discharge, pressing and de-molding.

3, the hydraulic oil tank is designed with automatic oil-heating and cooling system and oil purification device, which adopts repeated continuous filtering to ensure the optimal working conditions of hydraulic oil.

4, the feed hopper is designed with stock level recorder, the open-close door cylinder realizes the automatic open-close of the door so as to ensure the feed averagely to the material box.

5, the cart of automatic material box adopts positive feed pattern with forced mixing mechanism so as to ensure the average cloth and efficiency.

6, the frond of automatic cloth cart is installed with automatic blank-taking device to convey the de-molded bricks to the service position or belt machines.

7, the product adopts PLC Siemens controller and man-machine interface, and the whole machine can be operated automatically.

8, the molds can be replaced for the production of standard bricks, blink-hole bricks and hollow bricks with different specifications.
