Description:
Water is the source of life, and the largest raw material in beverage/beer production. The quality of water has great impact on the quality of drinks. Therefore, water must be treated in order to meet corresponding technological requirements.Hitec-pack is able to provide 3-100 m3/h water treatment system solutions, including service water treatment & process water treatment.
Main Scope of Supply: multi-media filter, activated carbon filter, softener, polishing filter, RO unit 1 or 2 pass, ultrafilter, chemical dosing device, ozoner, ultraviolet disinfection device, storage tanks, pumps and pipes, automatic control system, etc.
1-100t/h Water Treatment Production Line — Pretreatment
Quartz Sand Filter: A kind of sealed container with built-in sand filter made up of 1Cr18NiTi stainless steel. The untreated liquid is only allowed to pass through the filter stick to achieve the objective of clarifying. Able to be applied in petroleum industry, pharmacy industry, brew manufacturing industry, beverage industry, etc., it is the ideal equipment to make excellent water.
Water Purifier: Suitable for the purification of the drinking water and able to remove the heterochrosis, peculiar smell, metallic materials (mercury, lead, zinc, iron, manganese, chrome, etc.) and high polymer compounds (hydride, sulfide, residual chlorine, etc.), it is the ideal water purifying equipment in drinking water, food, beverage, pharmacy and chemical industries.
Sodium Ion Exchanger: Applied to reduce the water hardness. The raw water is softened through the exchanger; the magnesium, calcium and positive ion are exchanged with the sodium ion in the water exchanging agent; then the raw water will be softened as soft water with a little of calcium, magnesium and salt which can be used as boiler feed water and industrial water. As the sodium ion has solubility in the water, it will not form a hard scale and will be easily removed. The water in sodium ion exchanger shall be clarified and filtered and there will be no suspended matter. After softening through the exchanger, the water has a residual hardness no more than 0.03mg/l.
