Immersion Gold MIG MT-6300

MIG MT-6300 is formulated to produce dense, even coating, 24 carat gold deposits on nickel substrates The deposits are smooth, fine grained and fully bright when the base material is bright.

 

MIG MT-6300 has been specially developed as final step of J-KEM international Electroless Nickel-Immersion gold process for printed circuit boards. The solution is replenishable which making it economical and cost effective in production.
