PU resin, unsaturated resin, urethane resin, poly candles and gypsums crafts,toys,soap, statuary molds making,etc
TECHNICAL GUIDELINES of RTV 2 silicone rubber for caved plaster sculpture molds making :
1. Added with 1 of curing agent, RTV 2 silicone rubber can still flow within 2.5 hours, mold can be released in 6-8 hours.
2. Added with 2 of curing agent, RTV 2 silicone rubber can still flow within 50 minutes to 1 hour, mold can be released in 23 hours.
3. Added with 3 of curing agent, RTV 2 silicone rubber can still flow within 2830 minutes, mold can be released in 1.52 hours.
4. Added with 4 of curing agent, RTV 2 silicone rubber can still flow wtithin 1015 minutes, mold can be released in 11.5 hours.
SHELF LIFE of RTV 2 silicone rubber for caved plaster sculpture molds making :
Twelve(12) months from date of shipment when stored at 24C in original unopened packages.
