It combines the rotary drum dryer with slope and air-stream dryer. The advantages include space saving, high efficiency, light weight, more popular, flexible on termperature control etc. Mainly used for drying high humidity flake or fibre type materials, like grass, leaves and followers.
Feature:
Material enter the dryer through spiral feader. Under the strong action of high speed rovolving mixer, material is dispersed by the effect of collision, friction and cutting. Blocky material is crushed, fully contact with hot air, and get dried. Powder after dewatering rises with hot air. Big pellets is retained by annular classifier. Small pellets is discharged from the drier through the center of annular classifier, and recycled by cyclone separator. Chunk material and material which is not thoroughly dried are rotated to the wall of dryer and fall down to the bottom to be crushed and dried again.
