The main parts

Platform, Checked steel plate reinforced by high strength channel steel.

Scissor structure: Manganese steel rectangular tube, I-iron sealed by steel plate, or Manganese steel plate.

Control apparatus Brand Dexill, Siemens or Schneider. Pump station: Brand Italy Hydrappp or homemade brands.

Bearing: SF-self lubricating bearing

Hydrocylinder: Both way high precision wear-resisting hydrocylinder with locking device for fall protection.

Hydraulic Pipe: high pressure pipe with double expanded metal protected.

Hydraulic Oil: 32# anti-wear hydraulic oil. ( according to the local temperature).

Obturating ring: Brand German Seal (made in German) or Valqua Seal (imported from Japan)

Applications:

It is droved by the electric and hydraulic system, the lift platform is lifted up and drops down along the truck; it is installed in the pit or the ground floor to convey the goods from one working level to another. The control panels are available at the designated floors and one the lift platforms.

Loading capacity:

Lifting height: 1.65-20m; load capacity: 0.1-150t (custom-made)

12 months from delivery apart from artificial damage. Free lifelong technical service.
