Features and Properties
Wood Plastic Composite (WPC) in short is called mu-su in Chinese. The development of similar products took well over the past 80 years. Being able to produce this WPC board in large quantity has been proven to be a challenge. During the 80s, only a small quantity has been used in the production of low-end sound-insulation products. Due to the increasing awareness to conserve resources and protect the environment, companies globally invested heavily in developing new generations of WPC products. In collaboration with leading scientific research institution, Anshan Dadi Building Materials Scientific and Technological Development Co.,Ltd, has successfully developed the new 6 Preventions WPC board. The key features are fire-proof, water-proof, heat/cold-resistant, anti-ultraviolet, anti-corrosion, anti-decay, and electricity-proof. Senyu 6-Preventions WPC board combines the advantages of plastic and wood, whilst the undesirable properties of wood and plastic are eliminated.
Wood-like properties:
WPC is light and aesthetically pleasing. Much like wood, standard tools such as saw, chisel, drill, nails and bolts can be used for the re-modification process. It can be sawed, nailed, or cut into any geometrical shape with the installation ease of real wood. The surface can be painted and glued. It can also be made into coloured/patterned products if adding colourant, membrane or surface composites. Senyu 6 Preventions WPC board can be printed with different patterns of wood, even marble through thermal transferring technology, ideal for addressing various decorative needs. The appearance and texture are similar to those of wood but with superior dimensional stability, hardness and durability, ideal for long-term projects. Furthermore, there won’t be any warping, cracking, rotting, wood knur and twill. It does not absorb moisture thus does not deform. The product integrity of 6 preventions WPC board will last more than 50 years. After casted with concrete, the surface is smooth, no need for plastering. It does not need to apply de-mould agent.
Plastic-like properties:
Heat/cold-resistant, anti-corrosion, pest-proof, radiation-proof, electricity-proof. It can be thermoplastic processed, shaped and applied in a wide range of construction projects.
Durability:
Aging-resistant, no deformation, no shrinking, no cracking and no de-colouring, pest-resistant, acid and alkali-resistant, anti-corrosion, sound-proof, moisture-proof, water-resistant, climate-insensitive, stable physical properties. Easy installation and can be reused more than 15 times.
Environmental features:
No toxic gas or material waste is produced during the production. Off-cuts can be recycled, thus no waste or pollution. . Does not contain artificial slabs, coatings used in interior decoration or furniture contain formaldehyde which emits poisonous gases, and pollute indoor environment.
1) Does not contain harmful substance like formaldehyde.
2) The pattern of transferred surface is realistic, indistinguishable from natural material.
3) No shedding, solvent-resistant, anti-ultraviolet light, aging-resistant.
Main ingredient:
PVC resin, waste steel reinforced plastic, wood fiber filler (rice chaff, straw, wood powder, etc), calcium powder.
Usage:
Senyu 6 Preventions WPC board can be used for construction, indoor and outdoor decoration, carpentry, or areas where wood, plastic, steel reinforced plastic, aluminum alloy and similar composite materials are used. For example, building templates, building wall panels, office partitions, water/moist-proofing materials, interior decorative boards, and furniture materials for bath cabinets, lockers, tables and chairs. Our products can replace steel panel, bamboo panel and wood panel. Senyu 6 Preventions WPC board does not contain harmful material. high strength, corrosion-resistant, heat/cold-proof, electricity-proof. It is the ideal future materials for furniture and interior decoration industries. Excellent for gardens, landscaping, courtyard, flooring, furniture and fence.
