When designing ferrite magnets for a particular application, primary consideration should be given to its shape limitation due to powder metallurgical manufacturing processes and temperature depending on ferrite materials 5) With good anti-corrosion performance, no surface treatment needed 6) With two manufacturing processes for ferrite magnets, dry process and wet process, producing isotropic and anisotropic magnets or only anisotropic magnets 7) Isotropic ferrite magnets are not oriented and can be magnetized in any direction 8) Anisotropic ferrite magnets are all oriented in the manufacturing direction, and should be magnetized in the direction of orientation 9) For dry process, the tool can be changed and developed easily, while for wet process, it is complicated to change the tool and the tooling charge is much higher 10) At present, we have put our emphasis on arc segment magnets for electric motors, disc magnets and block magnets for special applications 11) ODM and OEM services available 12) Magnetic rotors which are made by plastic injection outside NdFeB magnets or ferrites in can, high in efficiency and working with low noise.
