Usage:
① Natural rubber proportion of the customer’s original formula do adjustment as following and other formula remain unchanged.
②1, Isoprene rubber can replace natural rubber about 10%-15% to produce various tyres of car, motorcycle and bicycle.
2, Natural rubber can be replaced by Isoprene rubber entirely to produce car
mat, electrical wires and cables, hoses, bridge rubber, sports shoe soles.
3, Isoprene rubber can replace natural rubber about 20%-30% to produce conveying belts.
4, Isoprene rubber can replace natural rubber about 30%-40% to produce foxing strip of vulcanized shoes and about 50%-70% to produce sole of vulcanized shoes.
5, Characteristic of products: great tiller density , fine ductile , ageing resistance and flame retardancy, were far superior to others which from Russia, Japan , Mauming.
6, This top class isoprene rubber is white granulated and white powdered. Four characteristics above were better than other natural rubber and synthetic rubber in the market. The Southeast Asia, Thailand, Malaysia , Indonesia, including China Mainland production of natural rubber and synthetic rubber is inflammables for the moment. Only the top class isoprene rubber of our company is flame-retardant.
7,The proportion of the product can be 10%-15% to be compounded with SCR5, SCR10 , NBR, SCR10, CPSTR20#, RSS5# to process natural rubber product. After compounding with the product, finished product will be of strong tensile strength , wonderful glossiness and low cost. It is highly competitive than other import rubber.
[Process Flows]
The temperature in Internal mixer should be controlled between 100°C and105°C and the time should be controlled between 8 and 10 minutes. Then it can be melting with other rubber. The rubber product which compounded with the product will be of wonderful glossiness , high toughness and low cost.
