[Method of application]
①Natural rubber components in the original formula user are changed according to the following adjustment, other proportion of ingredients remaining unchanged.
②1,SBR granule modifier made in Vietnam can replace 15%-20% genuine SBR 1502 to produce various tyres of car , motorcycle and bicycle.
2, SBR granule modifier made in Vietnam can replace 50%-80% genuine
SBR1502 to produce car mat, electrical wires and cables, hoses, bridge
rubber, sports shoe soles, conveying belt.
3, SBR granule modifier made in Vietnam can replace 20% genuine SBR 1502 to produce foxing strip of vulcanized shoes and can replace about 40%-50% genuine SBR1502 to produce vulcanized shoes.

Internal mixer (fused together with other rubber)—(Roll mixer)—Mixing of
Rubber Compounds—Process Shaping—Vulcanization.
The temperature in internal mixer should be controlled between 100°C and105°C so it can be melting with other rubber. The rubber product produced by compounding with the product will be of wonderful glossiness, high toughness and low cost.
