Description
Butadiene rubber is synthetic rubber and short for cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber. Great molecular chain flexibility and low glass transition temperature(Tg=-110℃)because high cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber has low intermolecular forces and temperature performance, the natural rubber is -70℃ and SBR is -60℃, the treads which mixed Butadiene rubber it can be keep used in High-Cold Area. High-elastic rubber maintain flexibility under -40℃, It can improve low temperature properties when mixture with NR, SBR and CR. High deformability to bear extraneous force. It’s the best elastic and cold resistance synthetic rubber. because of molecular chain is neat, crystals can be reinforcing during tensile test, when join carbon black achieved even better reinforcing effect , It’s a general rubber which has good comprehensive properties .

Production Methods
The products is elastic solid made by butadiene monomer and styrene uses advanced techniques of Du Pont, USA.
