CGF8/8/3type Automatic Bottle Filling Machine is one of advanced models which is our company combines international advanced self-filling process and technology developed specifically for mineral water, pure water and other non-gas beverage filling installation.

1. Direct connection technology between air conveyor and in-feeding starwheel is applied to replace in-feeding screw and conveying chain to ease bottle changing process with only to change few parts. Newly-designed bottle-separating grippers are assembled to starwheel.
2. We adopts Neck-hanging technology in bottle transportation. Instead of traditional starwheel, we use neck-hanging gripper to make bottle-size-changing easily, without equipment height adjustment, only few parts need to be adjusted
3. Specially-designed rinser grippers which are made of stainless steel are firm and endurable, with no contact to screw part of the bottle to prevent second pollution.
4. High-speed, easily-cleaned filling valves with big flow volume are equipped with well CIP system and control system to rinse the equipment thoroughly.
5. Splint of starwheel using twist descending way to simplify the process of bottle-size-changing. Only need to change arch board and starwheel, within ten minutes
Technical characters
1. The bottle-necks are cramped and bottles are supended during the opertion process. This avoids many malfunctions caused by thinner bottle body or different highness of bottle. This design also reduce dramatically the required number of changeable parts, make it more convenient and quickly to change to another type of bottles.
2. The most advanced technology from Japan and Germany is employed in the design. The gravity fixed liquid surface filling is used. The filling is fast, the amotnt of liquid is accuratrly controlled and the dropping and leakage are avoided.
3. Spring cramps are used in the bottle washing process. The empty bottle can beturned ower180° Along the conveying rail. There ara two times of in-ternal and external washing, the efficiency of bottle washing is high.
4. The magnetic torque is used for screw capping. The powerof screw capping can be adjusted without steps. The powerof the screw capping can aslo be fixed, and the caps will not be damaged, the capping is reliable.
5. Horizon swirl air power caps sorting device is used to avoid damaging the surface of caps, and when there is a shortage of caps in the caps stor-age tank, an alarm signal will be generated and the caps will be fed automatically
