The cement pipe manufacturing machine of centrigual type LWC Series is a professional construction machine of reinforced concrete pipe and prestressed concrete pipe. The machine is simple in operation, safty and covenient,reliability,high rate of finished products, making standard pipe, andhigh strength ect. It can produces the concrete cement pipe of 200-800mm in internal diameter and 3000-5000mm in length with kinds of connection of the end. The pipe can be applied to such all aspects as draining off water of municipal administration,field irrigation, highway culvert, deep well, ect.
Basic principle:
utilizes tue to brace the pipe die, and through the rotation of pipe die is drived by buttom mould, concrete aggregatecircumrotates after the pipe die at a high speed to producecentrifugal acceleration, Thematerials is getted together to the inner wall of the mould, and it drains off the air and unwanted water, to make the mixed cement material shape into a pipe, and obtain the high intensity as well.
