MWCB600 soil cement mixing machine/modular soil cement batching plant
MWCB series of full-weighing of modular soil-cement mixing plant has the following features: good adaptability of materials, multiple dosages, high reliability, easy operation, compact structure and reasonable layout. It is very suitable for various constructions which need a great amount of subbase material such as highway,railway,municipal engineering and airport.
The plant adopts industrial computer control to form automatic control system. It is composed of six major parts: aggregate supplying system, stabilizer (cement, lime powder) supplying system, water supplying system, mixing system, mixed material conveying and storing system, control system. It can be separated according to the modular structure: aggregate hopper, mixer, storing hopper.
