Planetary Gears

Modular planetary gear units are applied in the fields: Cement, metallurgy, coal, mine, erecting equipment, landification, aviation, shipping, power project and so on.

Modular planetary gear units have 27 specifications from 9 to 36 which adopt highly modular design. 

Design: The planetary gear unit adopts nodular cast with high strength,

       The gear and the gear shaft adopt the grinding process of the controlled atmosphere carburizing.

       The major parts are designed through three-dimensional software.

       Every component is processed precisely and assembled carefully.

P Planetary Speed Reducer adopt modularization design, we can changes the combination as client's request. 

The housing use ductile cast iron and improved the rigid and vibration resistance of the housing.

Sun gear, Planetary gear, inner tooth ring and Spiral Gear are use controlled atmosphere, so the surface is higher solidly and better wear resistance. Heat treatment of the gear, reduced the noise, improved the efficiency and service time.

Input way: concentric shaft input, helical gear input, bevel gear-helical gear input, bevel gear input

Output way: inner spline, hollow shaft shrink disc, outer spline, solid shaft flat key

Installation: horizontal installation, vertical installation, torque arm installation

The series of Planetary transmission are 2 class and 3 class, gear ratio is 25-4000, combination can get bigger gear ratio.
