Hard gear face gearbox for plastic and rubber extruding machine(ZLYJ)

1.General Introduction

ZLYJ gear reducer is a transmission part that possesses high precision hard gear surface and design for plastic and rubber screw extruder. 

The gear is processes by carburization, quenching and tooth grinding process. The precision of the gear is GB10095-88, 6 grade.The hardness of gear surface can reach to HRC54~62. At front end of hollow input axis, there is large specification thrust bearing that will bear axial thrust force .while the screw is working. The whole machine features compact, high in loading capacity, steady and smooth in transmission, low noise, high efficiency, etc.

2.The Scope of the Application

2.1The rotation of high speed shaft should not be more than 1500rpm; 

 2.2The circumferential velocity of gear transmission should not be more than 20,/sec; 

 2.3The temperature of work environment should be -40-45°C. If below 0°C, before start, the lubricating oil should be pre-heated to above 0°C. This speed reducer can be run in clockwise and counterclockwise direction.
