JH3511 is a hot melt adhesive designed for construction application of sanitary napkins and diapers. 
With light initial color, good heat -stability and excellent sprayability, it can well bond PE film, non- woven, porous film and tissue.

Composition:   Synthetic Resins

Gardener Color:  3~4

Brookfield viscosity:    

                      125℃ ------------8000 Cps (as reference)

                      150℃ ------------2800 Cps (as reference)

                      175℃ ------------1100 Cps (as reference)

                      200℃ ------------400  Cps (as reference)

Ring and Ball softening point:  80 ºC 

Holding power: ≧24 hours

Peel strengh : >15N\inch

Foreign materials: Invisible by naked eyes 

Recommended application temperature: 150~180 ºC

Shelf Life: 1 Year in dry and cool environment                  

Packaging: 20Kgs /carton, cakes wrapped with specially-designed meltable film
