Saudi light crude oil (slco)- standard export quality (api 33-34) We hereby confirm, with full corporate authority and legal responsibility that we are ready, willing, and able, to sell the following commodities from the well-known supplier, under the following terms, and conditions: Product name & descriptions: Product: Saudi light crude oil (slco)- api 33-34 Monthly delivery:30,000,000 - 50,000,000 bbl per month, (+/-1-5%) x 60 months Contract quantity: Dependent on monthly delivery (quantity) Origin: Saudi/me or at seller\'\'s option Duration:60 months (5 years), with roll-over, and extensions Delivery: Cif (aswp) Payment terms: Irrevocable, one time transferable, revolving documentary letter of credit (l/c) or 1 year and 1 month fully-funded bg (bank guarantee) issued by top 25 world bank, payable 100% at sight of seller\'\'s bank against full set of shipping documents and certification of inspection for quality and quantity issued by sgs and/or equivalent. Pricing: Dubai platts Discount: Gross usd $7.0/bbl, net usd $4.0/bbl. Delivery guarantee: The delivery of the product is guaranteed by seller and ramco. Inspection: Quality & quantity by sgs or equivalent at seller\'\'s cost at port of loading. Performance bond: The armaco in conjuction with seller guarantees the delivery of the product. Proof of product: In the form of armaco allocation numbers and details, thereof. *please take notice chineese agents/mandates- You are internationally infamouse for sabotaging deals and your buyers never receiving paperwork because you try to retire off of one deal. Please if all you are concerned with this commission and never plan to complete the deal go somewhere else, time is money and money is time, i would prefer that you do not waste either of mine. *please take notice, if in any way the buyer\'\'s party does not meet requirements or fails to any contract and/or the deal, the buyer will be black-listed from the icc and all of the refineries. The refineries share the same database if you are blacklisted by one you will not be able to deal directly with any of them in the future. Also all of these deals are seen by the icc (international chamber of commerce) who also regulates these transactions.
