ZYQS High Amplitude Size Grading Vibrating Screen
ZYQS series strong force (high amplitude) vibrating screen is a newly research and development screening equipment, which is to solve the depth screening problem of the wet sticky material, solve the problem of plugging sieve pore when sieving the wet sticky raw coal which is less than 10mm. It is characterized by a high screening efficiency, not blocking the sieve pore, strong sieving capacity and low cost, etc. It mainly applies to coal (particle size classification), power (CFB boiler screening fine particles), metallurgy (size grading) and other industries.
ZYQS series strong force (high amplitude) vibrating screen complete the screening process of wet sticky material by large amplitude and vibration intensity, low vibration frequency and self-cleaning screen surface. Main structure features: Segmented screening, screening machine as a whole is not vibration, screen vibration ,self-cleaning screen surface, closed structure, large amplitude and low dynamic load; easy to maintain, high interchangeability, low running costs.
