Features:

Application:

Waterproof Principle:
Adopting the technology from America nuclear industry, starting from molecular physics, making research about the interaction and the movement of the molecule, introducing the concept of alike molecular sieve and infiltration crystallization, making the waterproof materials hold the molecular sieve, gaining the effect of breathable while prevent water, and ensure the waterproof layer own high anti-infiltration function.
This material is based on cement, so it can bond with concrete effectively and with the inorganic substance which can make silicate lattice change and re-crystallization, it can perpetrate into the concrete surface, and this can not only improve the waterproof layer the adhesion towards structure body, but also improve the function of anti-infiltration. Thanks to the infiltration crystallization of the inorganic, under the water and inorganic substance, the silicate lattice can formulate new crystal along the crack so as to harsh the pipe. Similarly, when the waterproof layer makes crack by external damage, the insider skeletal material crystal lattice under water and inorganic substance will make change and re-crystallized to harsh the crack gain the effect of self-repair.
Operation Process:
1, clean and moist the surface before operation, try to keep it under saturation state
2, ratio: powder: additive: water=25kg: 18kg: 1kg, mix them with electric mixer evenly (about 3~5min)
3, wipe out the obvious water of the surface, clean the edge and other complex parts, then smooth the surface, pay attention to the brushing direction, brushing alternatively, after one layer dry then make the second time, 3~4 times are the basic need in order to meet the requirement. For the special parts, cover non-woven fiberglass or fiber
Normal Amount:
1, for civil buildings, brush three times, thickness about 1.2~1.5mm, according to the surface, about 17~25m2/set
2, huge projects as metros, tunnels, dams brush 4~5 times, thickness 2~3mm, according to the surface, about 10~15m2/set

Cautions:
1, do not mixes too much, take half-hour use as the standard
2, for a better effect, do not operate under -5℃ or particularly damp and unventilated situation
3, this is an undecorated material, for pedestrian traffic in the base above the overlay layer of protection is required
4, once MB additives stained on skin wash with clear water, if the slurry splashed into eyes rinse with water and then sent to the hospital for treatment in time
Store Method:
Store in cool and dry place, unopened product can be saved for one year.
