QC 5 steps here for our clients to make bed sheet fabric :

1.after order confirmed,we have a meeting with the main people who work for workshop beforeproduction,investigate all the workmanship and some technic problems,ensure all of them have related ways to settle and control. 

2.inspect all the materials when arrived,ensure they will match customers' requirements.

3.inspect the semi-finished goods.

4.inspect the finished products.

5.final inspection when packing up all the goods.If there is no any problems for this step,our QC will issue the inspection report and release this products.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER OF BED SHEET FABRIC : 

♦ Contact by email or trademanager for specified items 

♦ Lab dips or S/O approval ( to be sent by express courier, like CKE, UPS, Fedex, DHL,etc)

♦ Contract signed, 30% deposit in advance; 

♦ Bulk production

♦ Shipping Sample approval

♦ Balance payment should be remitted

♦ Payment: usually accept T/T,L/C at sight, other terms to be negotiable in advance please

♦ Packing: In roll packing with tubes inside and plastic bags outside or according to customers' request

♦ Delivery time: Delivery time is around 30 days after the deposit receipt. If urgent order, everything can be negotiable;

SAMPLE INFORMATION FOR BED SHEET FABRIC:

The sample(3-5yards) can be offered free to foreign customers if we have the material in stock, then we just need the buyer to responsible for the freight.

QUALITY & INSPECTION FOR BED SHEET FABRIC:

♦ Cooperated with good reputation raw material and dying suppliers .

♦ Manage systematic to control the grey fabric quality.

♦ QC checking each step from the grey fabric to the finishing fabric.
