The vulnerable part of " sandwich" super hammer head is the cutter; the hammer handle is a permanent part, the anti-abrasion block is a semi-permanent part made of " super chrome". The normal replacement of cutter is a matter of removing a single bolt. The replacement is very easy. The cutter is made of TiC which is a material with super hardness, high tenacity and super abrasion resistance. Its hardness is much higher than that of super chrome cutter or that of conventional carbide alloy. It presents super abrasion resistance in clinker crushing. The cutter is sharp all the time. Frequent adjustment of machine is unnecessary. The super fine granularity can be kept all the time. The " fool" operation can be really achieved.
