Manufacture of Foil Coil Winding Machine

·                       The welding system adopts the imported linear guide rail and ball screw;

·                        It adopts the photoelectric servo motor to control the planes of the coil face with fast response;

·                       The decoiling machine is equipped with five alloy coating friction plates with the maximum tension of 20000 N;

·                       The electrical appliances of the machine are controlled by PLC with frequency control.

·                       Tension adjustment can be made on the control panel on demand and the operation is divided into manual mode and linkage mode.
