Manufacture of Distribution Transformer

@ The amorphous alloy is a new strip. No crystal structure exists in the amorphous alloy material. The magnetizing power is low and the resistivity is high. Therefore, the eddy current loss is low. Use the material to make the core will produce a new energy-saving transformer. It is the ideal product for the update of the distribution network. @ The core is in wound core structure and of three-phase and five-terminal style. The cross section is rectangular. @ The coil is rectangular. The acetal enamelled wire is used for high voltage and oxygen-free copper conductor or copper foil coil for low voltage to improve the short-circuit resistance of the transformer. @ The Dyn11 is used by the connection symbol of the transformer to avoid the influence of higher harmonics. It provides high resistance against uncompensated load and improves the quality of power supply. @ Vacuum oiling is adopted by the transformer to remove bubbles in the core and ensure stable insulating property. @ The oil conservator is removed. The oil pipe is replaced by a finned radiator to serve as the cooling component. An inflatable packer is provided on the oil tank. The packer can be compressed with the volume of the transformer. The oil of the transformer is isolated from the atmosphere to prevent and slow down the degradation and insulation wetting of the oil, enhance the reliability of the operation, and ensure normal operation without maintenance.
