Nutritive Maltose Syrup for Beer can partly replace barley malt, so it can decline the usage of it. It can wholly replace rice (the percentage can reach to 50%). On the basis of existing facilities, it can improve the output of beer greatly and low the production costs. Using nutritive maltose syrup for beer can completely solve the problem that it declines the PH value by using high maltose syrup during the fermentation.
