Silver Contact Wire which is used to make Electrical Contact,mainly include Ag, FkAg, AgNi, AgCu, AgSnO2, AgSnO2In2O3, AgZnO2, AgCdO etc.
Their characteristics as follows:
(1)Adopting the manufacturing methods of sintering and extrusion, their density can achieve up to 99.9%. Meanwhile the second structure in silver base becomes fibers shape,which direction is vertical to the surface of Electrical Contacts,all these characters improve highly physical mechanism and arc corrosion resistance functions of the materials.
(2)Adding micro-elements to AgNi, AgCu, AgSnO2, AgSnO2In2O3, AgZnO2, AgCdO wires can take effects of dispersion and aggrandizement, improve mechanism strengthen, ameliorate fusion, arc corrosion and electricity abrasion resistance of materials.
(3)Adopting chemical cladding, co-deposition, mechanic alloy and oxidized methods. It makes material micro crystal, uniformity, non extraction, non oxide vacancy, with superior quality contact wire.
Silver Alloy Wire can be used to manufacture Rivet Contacts and Contact Bridges by Automatic welding Machine. They are widely applied in low voltage electrical appliances, such as Contactor, Relay, Starter, Voltage Controller, Automobile etc.
All contact wires manufactured by our Company accords with RoHS Regulations.
The equipments for manufacturing contact wire include 800 ton Extrusion Machine, 500 ton Oil Pressure Machine, Oxide Anneal Furnace, High equality Pressure Machine, Ionic Contamination Test System AAS/WF10, Color Microscope From Japan, 3D Image Apparatus, Atom Spectral Analysis, Photometer, Pull and Hardness Test Machine. We can develop and manufacture them according to customers specific requirements and the output can surpass 260 tons annually.
