Characteristics:
Wood fiber acoustic panel is mainly made of cotton wood fiber , integrated with unique inorganic concrete bond , cranked out under high temperature and pressure finally. It has the physical properties which can only be got through combining different construction materials.
1. Unique appearance, good at sound absorption
Distinctive surface veins are original, which meets modern people’s wish: be with the real nature. The surface shall be painted if needed, and it may be done for 6 times. Sound absorption ratio can be 100%.
2. Solid construction
Solid construction, stretchy, shock resistant, it can bear the repeating shock from the balls when used in the gym. There won’t be any crack or damage.
3. Easy to install
It is easy to incise and install, ordinary carpentry is enough.
4. Moisture proof and mildew proof
25mm board can be used where the humidity is under 85%, including the open air and Swimming hall. Preclusive is where osculates water directly.
5. Energy saving and heat retaining, long longevity
Due to the products are mainly made of wood, calorific conduction ratio is as low as 0.07. It is good at preserving heat, economic and durable.
6. Test of flammability(for cement wood wool and painting wood wool)
Flammability property can reach GB9624B1 degree. The release of wood alcohol its grade are respectively 0.1 and E1.
7. Product specification
Thickness(mm): 15mm or 25mm, Dimension:600*600,600×1200 600×2400 mm or the other specification
