Production line is introduced from Italy and other countries, which can produce big board fire resistant glass. This fire resistant glass has excellent performance to bear high strength and to resist fire, and is extensively used in modern curtain walls, doors and windows to fulfill its outstanding safety advantage.
Performance of fire-resisting glass
In the flame environment of over 1000 degrees, the fire resistant glass can remain unblasted for 80 to 120 minutes, which strength ability is 6 to 12 times of the float glass, 1.5-3 times of the tempered glass. The single leaf fire resistant glass is outstanding in its weather-suitability and high strength so it massively increases the safety of the glass curtain wall.
1. When fire breaks out inside door:
The monolic high strength and cesium-kalium fire resistant glass can bear high temperature of about 1000 degrees for 1.5 hours and would not explode.
2. When fire breaks out outside door
The monolic high strength and cesium-kalium fire resistant glass can effectively stops the fire from spreading and thus protect livings and properties inside the door.
The monolic high strength and cesium-kalium fire resistant glass can be processed to laminated glass, insulated glass, edging, drilling.
