Hydraulic Static Pile Driver Advantages

 

         After 10 years of improvement by Changsha Tianwei Engineering Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd, the Hydraulic Static Pile Driver has been developed into the current fourth generation, and its main advantage reflects as below:

 

 1.   Patent technology

  • Patent No. ZL01249443.7:The design of inverted cylinder as supporting leg, which avoids the radial force on the piston extends the life time of cylinder. 
  • Patent No. ZL02139875.5: Embracing pile driving, top-pressing pile driving or both can be achieved in the operation with one machine, which is applicable for concrete spum pile,thick/thin-walled circular pile,square pile,steel H-pile,and other precast at the site of: a) Clay, soft soil, sand layer, etc.  b) Noise regulated urban area. c) Vibration regulated areas, such as, near old buildings, precision instrument buildings, subway, overpass,etc.                       

 2.  Structure and configuration

 

  • Big flow of hydraulic system: its piling speed is 100 m more than similar machine per day.
  • Smaller pressure to ground than others: Tianwei pile driver is not easy to sink and required not such good ground situation as others.
  • Well structured: Tianwei pile drivers supporting legs are easy to be dismantled or installed; Good cutter block welded structure is not easy to crack.
  • Card board connection between horizontal movement mechanism and main machine body, easy dismantling or installation. (Similar pile driver is connected with thread structure, which is easy to deform, so its hard to dismantle or install.
  • Thicker and stronger at key parts: Tianwei pile drivers steel plate is thicker than similar machine; its rid plates in vertical & horizontal motion mechanism are denser and uneasy to crack than similar machine.

 3.  Clamping box technology

 

  • Tianwei pile driver has developed 16 cylinders clamping box for bigger model based on 8 cylinders clamping box for small model, and every clamp can self-adapt the orientation according to the touch surface of the pile in order to guarantee there are enough touch area, which can avoid pile slipping or damage, especially to some thin-walled circular pile. It can not only clamp circular pile but also square pile.With the special design, the clamping box wont be self-locked when loosing the pile and become much easier for dismantling, installation or maintenance. (Normal pile driver with 16 cylinders can not clamp square pile and self-locked too often, once breakdown only professionals can keep in good repair to their complex structure.)

 4.  Corner piling technology

  • Directly move the center pile driving device to the corner piling position, add on some counterweight, as a result of this technology, its pressure could reach 60-70% of center piling driving force. This structure of corner piling device wont deform, and with the same style as center pile, it needs no extra clamp. (Normal corner piling device is departed from the machine body, its pressure reach only 30% of center pile driver. Its connection part is easily deformed. The corner pile is limited under 400mm diameter of pile after extra clamp, and its inconvenience to be transshipped, its clamp cannot be replaced with center pile either.

 5.  Crane parts

  • Tianwei pile drivers crane arm is longer, rougher, more lifting pile power than similar ones, and it is hard to deform.
