Wide Body Shackle

Features: 1) Working load limited: 55t-1500t. 2) High quality structural alloy steel. 3) Proof testing load: 2times: 55t-300t; 1.5times: 400t; 1.33 times: 500t-1500t. 4) The minimum breaking load is 4 times of the rating working load. 5) Manufacturing method of the shackle used the swaging (0.5-150t) and open die forging (>150t). 6) Heat Treatment. 7) Non-destructive testing covered all the products. 8) Every shackle has the working load mark. 9)No need to use the lantern ring when the shackle was connected with high strength lifting belt, wire rope sling and large radius's domed roof. 10)Staying quality of the wire rope sling has improved obviously.
