Usage:
It is used for exchanging position of large size workpiece and clamp it on the tilting frock which is prepared by user, integrated it with frock to be a whole. It is required lifting and rotating in n×360°. And this equipment is usually applied in railway manufacture industry.

The operation is convenient. It can be assembled and operated in lower position and rotated in higher position, which make sure the welding seam always in perfect place.
The speed is adjusted by variable frequency in stepless regulating, slowing down impact of start-up and stop.
The rotation of workplate is controlled by worm and gear reducer transmission, rotating in n×360°. The torque is large and equipped with self-locking function.
Lifting system is safety, reliable and precisely in positioning.
The structure of this positioner is much more stable and load capacity is heavier than general ones.
It is needed to fix on the floor. The user needs to prepare foundation before assembly.
It can be operated in any place by remote control box.
