Small automatic UV coater features easy operation, and is used for small format printed paper sheets coating and curing or drying with UV or Water-base varnish.

1. Equipped with automatic paper feeder and stacker.

2. Equipped with UV curing and IR drying device.

3. Digital frequency converter speed control. And independent conveyor driven.

4. Full coverage splash guards to protect from splashing.

5. Use vacuum air cushion for suction which makes the paper transport more stable.

6. Two level UV lamp power setting.

7. It is easy to replace the UV lamp.

8. High velocity blower fan for cooling and exhaust.

9. Safety lock on all machine doors and covers.

10. Full coverage protection against UV radiation around the UV lamp chamber.

11. Lower temperature control on the UV lamp chamber surface.
