1 Feeder
With relatively strong sucking force, it is easy to feed papers. The surface paper pile can be as high as 1.8 meters. The recyclable paper stack can be refilled without stopping the machine, which is more efficient.
2 Bottom paper transmission belt
With strong motor sucking force, bottom paper is strongly attached to the sucking belt and transported into the machine. While working at high speed, the output is fast and accurate. It is applicable for 3 ply and 5 ply corrugated paperboard with different flutes.
3 Gluing and Laminating Part
With fully-automatic glue-supply system, glue amount can be automatically inspected and refilled during operation, together with glue-recycling to ensure even distribution of glue on the surface and avoid waste of glue. The digital scale for the width adjustment is easy to handle and upper and lower paper pushers can feed both the bottom paper and the surface paper into the laminating part at the same time for processing. And the side baffle with rectifying function can keep the moving paper regularly in standard laminating precision. The needle-like adjustment can coordinate the sizes in high precision without stopping the machine, which can minimize the waste.
4 Transmission System
It adopts imported top quality powerful synchronous belt. With accurate speed ratio, reliable transmission and lower noises, it can effectively reduce damage to the paper.
