Run length is always dependent on exposure, processing and press conditions
Properties:
1) High resolution
Special ingredients, together with the optimally distributed formula weight of binding polymers, in the coating of KLP-I offers fine dots with sharp edges and reproduce images with rich tone
2) High printing capacity
Specially selected resin in the coating of KLP-I significantly increases the run length
3) Excellent hydrophilicity:
Multi-grains and Hydrophilic Treatment (PAT Treatment) provide excellent water retaining capability at the non-image area, and thus to prevent plates getting dirty
Grains distribute evenly can improve the hydrophilicity and ink-water balance.
4) Excellent IPA resistance:
Unique coating recipe offers excellent durability and chemical resistance
5) Image visibility after exposure:
Color changes after exposure, making it easier to check the image
6) Matte surface:
Matte surface helps keep a better contact between films and plates
7) Available sizes:
