The twin-screw extruder is made of the feeding system, extruding system, cutting system, heating system, transmission system and controlling system. We will feed the material from the feeding machine and get the tissue state by inflating the material and the machine barrel must be high temperature, high pressure and high cutting. The material can be sterilized by the high temperature and high pressure and make the product safe.

This equipment adopts the auto-controlling speed feeding tool and feed the material evenly.

The gear case owns the cooling pump and lubrication.

The screw has the self-clean function, it is not necessary to clean the screw when start the machine again or change the material.

The main engine adopts the frequency controlling speed in order to fit for the different material.

The cutting knife adopts the frequency controlling speed in order to change the material size.
