YRT rotary bearing is composed of a thrust/radial seat ring, a thrust/radial shaft ring, a thrust washer ,two needle roller cage assemblies and a group composed of concentric cylindrical roller. Seat ring and shaft installation ring with uniformly distributed holes with screws. This type of bearings with high axial and radial load capacity. High tilt stiffness and high accuracy. Applies to rotary table, chuck and iron cutter head, as well as measurement and experiment bearing configuration. Installation Procedure: 

1.Thoroughly clean the housing and other parts to be installed, and check to determine if deburring is required. 

2.Since the Crossed Roller bearing is a thin-wall bearing type and therefore tends to misalign when it is installed, in case of this situation,gradually drive the product into the housing or onto the shaft by gently hitting it with a plastic hammer, while keeping the product horizontal. Taking care, continue to hammer until it fully contacts the reference surface. 

3.Place the presser flange onto the Crossed Roller bearing . Rock the flange several times to match the bolt holes. 

4.Insert the presser bolts into the holes.  Manually turn the bolts and make sure they do not display skewing caused by misalignment of the holes. 

5. As is shown in the pictures below:Tighten the presser bolts in three to four steps from light to full tightening byrepeatedly securing the bolts in diagonal order.When tightening the separable inner or outer ring, slightly turning the integral outer or inner ring will correct the dislocation between the ring and the body.      The main products of our company are crossed roller bearings, YRT rotary table bearings, crossed tapered roller bearings.
